Decoupage was fashionable in the 1970's and 1980's. Well it is fashionable again. All you fashionistas could use old patterns or even vintage fabric to decoupage a desk or chair. Mod Podge is now used instead of the good old fashioned Elmers we used to use back in the day. So give it a try.
