So for your fashionable foodie weekend here is a great recipe, and if you jalapenos are growing in your garden you are in even better shape.
Take fresh jalapenos and slice.
1 jar pickle chips.
Any way you want to fry, I like to fry outside on my bbq's side burner with a dutch oven.
Oil for frying.
1 Cup Flour
1 Cup Beer
Emerils seasoning 1 tablespoon, or season salt, and pepper and paprika.
Pat jalapenos and pickles dry.
Dredge jalapenos and pickles through batter and fry until golden brown.
Enjoy with family -- friends -- and a great beverage.
